- SkinVault Market charges a service fee on each successful sale. The exact fee will be shown before confirming your transaction.
- Network or payment processing fees may also apply depending on the selected payment method.
3. Payouts for Sellers
- Sellers will receive payouts to their chosen payment method after the successful completion of the sale and delivery of the skin/item.
- Payout processing times may vary (typically 1–5 business days), depending on the selected payout option and external payment provider policies.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Digital Delivery Only
- All items sold on SkinVault Market are digital goods and are delivered virtually via trade offers on Steam or other integrated platforms.
- After a purchase, the buyer will receive the item through an automated delivery system directly to their Steam account (or relevant account).
Delivery Timeframe
- In most cases, delivery is instant or may take up to 30 minutes depending on the availability of the item and system load.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if manual verification is required.
5. Order Status
You can track the status of your transactions and deliveries in your SkinVault Market Dashboard. We will also send email notifications regarding order confirmation, delivery, or any issues.
6. Failed Deliveries & Trade Holds
- If a trade cannot be completed due to Steam restrictions (e.g., trade holds, VAC bans), the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Ensure that your Steam account meets all necessary trade requirements before purchasing (e.g., no recent password reset, mobile authenticator enabled).
7. Refund Policy
Since we deal with digital goods, all completed transactions are generally non-refundable once the item has been successfully delivered. Refunds are only applicable if:
- The item was not delivered due to a system error.
- The item cannot be sent due to technical restrictions on Steam or other platforms.
