1. Digital Goods Policy

All products sold on SkinVault Market, including CS2 skins, CS GO skins, Rust skins, Dota skins, and other in-game items, are digital goods delivered via online trade systems (e.g., Steam). Due to the nature of digital items:

  • All successful transactions are final and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns of delivered digital goods.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Delivery: If the item cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our platform or a problem with the automated trade system.
  • System Error: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a platform-related issue that prevented completion of the trade.
  • Canceled Order: If the order is canceled by SkinVault Market due to factors beyond your control (e.g., Steam trade hold, item no longer available).
  • Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions: If it is proven that a transaction was unauthorized, and you report it within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We will NOT issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after a successful delivery.
  • You did not meet Steam trading requirements (e.g., lack of mobile authenticator, trade restrictions).
  • Item prices fluctuated after purchase.
  • You attempt to refund after the item has been successfully transferred to your Steam account.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the failed transaction.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order ID
    • Account email and username
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Once your request is received, we will investigate and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 3–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in the suspension of your SkinVault Market account and possible legal action to recover funds and damages.
